![Today, The Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce and Meta Gallatin Data Center celebrate the monumental grand opening of The Station -- a long awaited public hub designed to bring commerce and community together in one bright and booming space. Located on the Downtown Gallatin Square, The Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce has been an advocate for local businesses for more than a century. For the last several decades, the chamber has lived just across the street from the new location in a small but functional facility, and as of Summer 2024 has moved across the street to #TheStation -- more than double the size and functionality. Thanks to partners and visionaries like Meta - Gallatin Data Center, the chamber and Gallatin now share a space equipped for business and community to work, play, and learn more about #GallatinTN.
"Since breaking ground on our Gallatin Data Center in 2020, Meta has proudly invested in local nonprofits to support the long-term vitality of this community and its residents,” said Tara Tenorio, Community Development Manager at Meta. “The future is bright for Sumner County and we’re excited to play a part in this new initiative with the Chamber.”
Tara and META have been huge advocates of Gallatin, making every effort to provide support and resources for projects and events leading up to and including the grand opening of The Station.
Collaborative efforts created within the walls of The Station will help the chamber continue to be the primary resource for businesses in Gallatin. According to CEO Kim Baker, "The expansion of our space feels like the natural next step -- a way for us to amplify our reach [...] in bigger and more meaningful ways."
